Bagel Platter (serves 12 people)
An assortment of bagels, served with whipped cream cheese, egg salad, flaked white tuna salad cucumbers, tomatoes and red onions
Open Face Sandwich Platter
- Smoked salmon, cream cheese, cucumber and red onions
- Sliced hard boiled eggs, mixed greens, tomatoes and red onions
Salmon Gravlax
House cured Atlantic salmon Gravlax sliced and served with whipped cream cheese, pumpernickel bread, red onions and capers 
Quiche
10” deep dish quiche in a flakey pastry shell mixed with your choice of either; spinach, broccoli and aged cheddar cheese or asparagus and roasted pepper with goat cheese and herbs
Baked French Toast
Decadent baked French toast topped with a crumble topping and served with maple syrup
Cheese Blintz
Vanilla crepes filled with a ricotta cheese filing and served with a berry compote
Summer Phyllo Strudel
Assorted mixed wild mushrooms, asparagus, peppers, carrots and onions sautéed with thyme, shallots and white wine topped with goat cheese rolled into layers of flakey phyllo pastry
Room Temperature Grilled Salmon
Served at room temperature marinated with a herbed vinaigrette and served with a lemon aioli

Grilled Sweet Potato Salad
Grilled sweet potatoes with red peppers, red onions, parsley, walnuts and aged goat cheese
Quinoa salad
Mixed with sugar snaps, roasted beets, grilled zucchini and a goat cheese herb vinaigrette
Arugula salad
Black olives, roasted red peppers, feta cheese and toasted pine nuts
Mixed greens salad
Orange segments, hearts of palm, cucumbers, toasted pumpkin and sunflower seeds tossed in an orange sherry vinaigrette
