Sliced seasonal vegetables served with a cumin hummus, olive tapenade and a fresh tomato salsa served with wonton chips, crostini and flat breads
**Add domestic and imported cheese platter for $4.00 per person

Potato latke topped with a sundried cherry tomato, black olive tapenade and goat cheese
Samosas
Miniature vegetable samosas with a mango chutney
Pulled Brisket Sliders
SLOW cooked beef brisket pulled and served on a brioche slider with an apple chipotle BBQ sauce

Puff Pastry Crostini
Caramelized onions, blue cheese and spiced apples
Curried Chicken Cold Rolls
Thai green curry spiced chicken rolled with lettuce, carrots, cucumbers and peppers served with a peanut sweet chili sauce

House Gravlax topped on cream cheese topped with black fish roe and micro greens served on a rye crisp
